Adults

Care for the people doing life alongside them—from stress and training to pregnancy, parenting, work, and everything in between.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO LOOK AT CHIROPRACTIC

Your body is constantly adapting.

Chiropractic care at Lux Health is centered around the nervous system—the system coordinating how you move, respond, recover, and adapt.

Rather than focusing only on where you hurt, we look at the bigger picture: how your body is organizing itself, where it may be compensating, and how well your nervous system is responding to the demands placed on it.

Care is gentle, individualized, and designed to support greater adaptability over time.

What to Expect

01 —
Your Initial Visit

We start with a conversation about your health history, goals, and what your body has been navigating. From there, we complete a nervous-system-focused exam looking at things like posture, movement, balance, coordination, cranial and neurologic findings, and other patterns that help us understand how your body is adapting.

02 —
Your Report of Findings

At your next visit, we walk through what we found together. You’ll understand the patterns we’re seeing, how they may connect to what you’ve been experiencing, and what care could look like moving forward.

03 —
Personalized Care begins

If care makes sense for you, we begin with an approach tailored to your body and stage of life. Care may include gentle tonal, cranial, pelvic, instrument-assisted, or manual techniques depending on the individual in front of us.

Care looks different for every body.

As your body adapts, your care should evolve too. We reassess along the way rather than assuming the same plan forever.
